NITE OF NATIONS 2001
Celebrating Our Cultural Diversity

Friday, May 4, 2001, Vanier College Auditorium

Vanier continued a proud tradition with the presentation of this year's Nite Of Nations concert. Originally conceived as a showcase both of the wealth of talent here at Vanier as well as of the diverse cultural presences within the college, Nite Of Nations continued its track-record of excellence with this year's slate of performers. No less than 18 performances by groups of students were presented, featuring music ranging in style from rap to disco to soca and more. Also highlighted were ethnic dancing groups representing such locales as the West Indies, Ireland and India. A special thank you goes out to C.O.R.E. and Student Services (especially Dany Brown!) as well as the VCSA for their support in the organization of this year's concert. We invite you now to view photos taken at the show. For people with high-speed internet access, there are also three video clips you can watch.

(Thanks to Shawn Riel for the photographs.)
