organized a college-wide cleanup of the campus on April 21, 1999
as part of Earth Day activities. Stalwart and eco-conscious volunteers
scoured the grounds for litter and the results were immediately
evident. Physical Education teacher Guy Quinn and Dany Brown
of Student Services did the lion's share of the organizational
work, while John Lynch of the Service Department provided tools
and other resources. Our thanks go out to each and every one
of the participants, and especially to the two Music Department
students whose idea got the ball rolling.
This time, we really mean it when we say, "The college is a more beautiful place because of you!" We invite you to view some photos taken at the event. Additional photos were contributed by Vanier student photographer Julie Chenevert.
