Wednesday, February 26, 2003 was BEAT THROUGH TIME, a trip through time by way of a history of African rhythms. Drums (Chantelle Lewis) and dance (Shiata Lewis, Melika Forde Lewis and Aisha Hunte) were our guides as we grooved to the sounds from the "Motherland" to the "New World" and back.

Dancers and audience members participate in a limbo dance.
