HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST 2002
Presented by the VCSA

The VCSA continued their tradition of providing a forum for students to show off their very best Halloween costume efforts. This year, contestants were vying for prizes such as CD players and ski passes. The judges selected three semi- finalists and then picked the overall winner. We invite you to see photos taken at this year's proceedings.
