- Be a Convention Refugee with a valid collegial Study Permit in the name of Vanier College issued by Immigration Canada (and valid for the duration of studies) and Certificat de Sélection du Québec (CSQ)
In addition, applicants must:
- Qualify for Quebec Residency (have resided in Quebec for at least one year) or hold a valid CSQ, and
- Demonstrate a good command of the English language to ensure success in the program.
International Applicants
Vanier College welcomes applications from international students.
Please note that processing times for immigration documents from both the Government of Canada and the Government of Quebec can be lengthy, and the number of Certificat d’acceptation du Québec (CAQ) issued is limited.
Government guidelines recommend allowing a minimum of 4 to 6 months for the processing of both the CAQ and the study permit. Applicants are strongly encouraged to plan ahead to ensure sufficient time to obtain these documents.
Important Notice
Applicants who are Convention Refugees or international students should not apply through SRAM.
