MEN’S AAA CAGERS POST 2-0 MARK AT PREP CHALLENGE
KAREEM JACKSON HAS BIG WEEKEND TO LEAD CHEETAHS

KAREEM JACKSON NETTED 41 POINTS AS THE VANIER CHEETAHS MEN’S AAA BASKETBALL CHEETAHS WON A PAIR OF GAMES THIS PAST WEEKEND AT THE PREP CHALLENGE AT VANIER COLLEGE.

Benjamin Millaud (right) tallied 19 points and Kareem Jackson (left) added 17 points as the Cheetahs opened the tournament with an 81-71 triumph over REDA on Saturday. Michael Fosu had 16 points while Thomas Pearson contributed 12 points as Vanier built a 39-24 lead at half time and never looked back.

In the second game on Sunday, Jackson tallied 24 points and Millaud chalked up 19 points as the Cheetahs outlasted Etobicoke 95-86. Also hitting double figures in scoring were Lenny Anawi with 17 points and Thomas Pearson chipped in with an even dozen once again in the win.
