CHEETAHS DOMINATE ALL-STAR TEAMS
ALSO TAKE HOME UNPRECEDENTED SIX INDIVIDUAL AWARDS

THE VANIER COLLEGE FOOTBALL CHEETAHS DOMINATED THE LEAGUE ALL-STAR TEAMS AND INDIVIDUAL AWARDS WHICH WERE ANNOUNCED SATURDAY NIGHT IN LENNOXVILLE.

On the offensive all-star team, the Cheetahs placed 6 players: offensive linemen and North Shore products Marc Maisonneuve (Dorion) and Jeremy Simpson (Dollard des Ormeaux), receivers Kevin Challenger (Lasalle) and Danny Desriveaux (Laval), and two more North Shore grads: quarterback Jabari Arthur (Dollard) and punter Blake Butler (Pointe Claire). The defensive team included 3 Cheetahs: Jeffrey Webster (Lasalle), Shawn Mayne (Montreal) and Modibo van Sidibe (Toronto).

The Cheetahs also captured 6 individual awards: Offensive Player-of-the-Year (Jabari Arthur), Defensive Player-of-the-Year (Jeffrey Webster), Offensive Line Player-of-the-Year (Jeremy Simpson), Special Teams Player-of-the-Year (Kevin Challenger), Player-of-the-Year (Jabari Arthur) and Coaching Staff-of-the-Year.
