SPEECH MADE FOR THE PRESENTATION OF THIS AWARD

Peter Fox was a member of our men's basketball team from1976-78. After graduating from Vanier, Peter met with an untimely death. Feeling that his years playing basketball at Vanier were Peter's happiest moments of his short life, his parents set up a scholarship in his name to help enable a Vanier student athlete realize their dream of continuing their education at the University level.

This $250.00 scholarship is awarded each year to a member of the AAA Men's Basketball team who best exemplifies the qualities that Peter Fox displayed as a Vanier College Cheetah: hard work, dedication and a solid academic record.

We are proud to announce that this year's recipient is Kenny Perry.
