As the Academic Dean of Vanier College, I am responsible for the overall academic administration of the College and provide leadership for the departments under the Academic Sector:

• Faculty Deans’ Offices
• Registrar’s Office
• Admissions
• Academic Advising
• Institutional Development and Research
• Pedagogical Development Office and
• Continuing Education

in realizing the College’s Mission Statement, and academic goals.

Under my guidance are the development and management of the College’s Academic Policies, as well as the promotion of teaching and learning of the highest possible quality. The 2013-2018 Student Success Plan is underway — and as such, I am committed to the philosophy and practice of a student centered environment, where each student at Vanier College has the capacity to excel and ultimately achieve success during the course of their academic career.

Each year, Academic Success Projects for Development and Support Opportunities for Teachers, Departments, and Programs, put success for students, faculty and staff into full force, making Vanier College an environment wherein the community, as a whole, works collaboratively to support the initiatives and goals they put forth to make success the underlying foundation of Vanier College.
